Refund Policy for Riddlecraft
Thank you for purchasing access to the RiddleCraft Minecraft Escape Room. We hope you enjoy the unique and immersive experience we have created. However, we understand that there might be circumstances where you would like to request a refund. Below are the terms of our refund policy:
Eligibility Window for Refund Requests:
- If you have not yet started the game, you are eligible to request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
- If you have started the game but have not completed it, you are eligible to request a refund of 50% of your purchase price.
- Once you have completed the game, refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions can be made in cases of extreme dissatisfaction or valid reasons, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us at sean@riddlecraft.net. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Explain your reason for requesting a refund. If you have started or completed the game, please provide a brief explanation of why you are dissatisfied or the nature of your valid reason for the refund request.Processing Refunds:
Refunds are processed through our payment service provider, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days (usually 5-10 business days, depending on your bank).Limitations:
Refund requests made after the specified eligibility window (30 days for unstarted games, any time before completion for partially completed games) will not be entertained. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we have evidence of significant progress or completion of the game.Changes to the Refund Policy:
